. Radioactive is the second studio album by American rapper Yelawolf. It was released on November 21, 2011 under Interscope Records and Capitol Records. The album was supported by the singles "Trunk Muzik Returns" and "Let's Roll". Yelawolf is an American rapper from Muskegon, Michigan. He started rapping at age 11, making a demo and selling it at his local Popeyes. He began to make his name known in the rap community when he was a member of the underground group Get Money Gang in the early 2000s. He appeared on several mixtapes by members of the group, and his own solo mixtapes, such as The Cactus Sessions Vol. 1 (2003) and U-N-I-T-Y (2004). He recorded the song "The Gift" for the soundtrack to EA Sports' NBA Street Vol. 2 (2005). Yelawolf received attention from several record labels, which eventually led him to sign with Shady Records.
